The pilgrimage site of Boží Voda near Mladá Boleslav is located at the foot of the Chlum Nature Reserve. The chapel with a supposedly healing spring is today the only remnant of a small spa that was a well-known excursion destination for Boleslav residents.
Later, a small spa with baths, inn and flavoured mineral water production plant were established here. Boží Voda was a spa and pilgrimage site, where celebrations, shooting contests and dance sessions were held.
However, all these facilities and activities ceased to exist during the second half of the 20th century and the spring of clear water with the chapel as a symbol of the natural rarity and the might of the Creator are the only remnants of the fame and more than two hundred years of tradition of the small spa near.
